- Forgot your MassMutual Okta Password?
Call MassMutual Enterprise Services at 1-800-767-1000 ext. 44357 and ask for a password reset. You will need to provide them with your MassMutual ID (AA#) – Business Hours: 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
- Broker Contracting & Access
Please contact our Brokerage Department if you would like to become contracted with our agency.
- Broker Assistant Access
Broker assistants can and should have their own MassMutual credentials. They should not share credentials with brokers. Broker assistant IDs can be set up with general proxy access to their brokers.
If you would like your assistant to have a broker assistant ID, please send an email to our Brokerage Department with your assistant’s legal name, email address, last 4 of SSN and state you would like them to have proxy access to you.
General Proxy Access includes permission to all of the following:
- Book of business
- EZ-App
- Fixed Annuity Order Entry (FAOE)
- Sales Illustrations
- ServiceNet
- Service Tracking
- Broker of Record Change Request
